Our photographer then draws a floor plan of the house that we will use to custom create a digital floor plan just for your tour. The panoramas are then combined with the digital floor plan using ProVirtual360's exclusive technology to create the only Virtual Tour that can truly show off your property. This package is then attached to Rochester's most visited real estate site The Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS's® www.homesteadnet.com and TEMPO. The Full tour is jam packed with features that make it the easiest to use, most powerful tour available. Up to 10 areas of the property are showcased using panoramas created with our advanced flash system - the only system that allows you to actually see the views through the windows from inside the house. Your user can simply click on the view they would like to see and instantly be transported into the room of their choice, allowing them to fully experience the rich 3D views that show off exactly how the room looks - from the floor to the ceiling to the views through the windows that are so important to defining the room. Viewer's eyes are almost automatically drawn to the floor plan, situated next to the viewer window. 4. I've heard you use flash photography. What difference does that make?
Our advanced flash system enables us to create the richest, most realistic panoramas in the industry. Colors are true and accurate; features stand out crisp and clear. 5. Can you explain the process from beginning to end?
The process starts when you place an order. We call you back that same day to set up a time for our photographer to shoot your listing. Our photographer shows up at the appointed time. There is then a small consultation with you to shoot the house according to your wishes. The photographer goes to work capturing the images required to create the tour. If you ordered a Full Tour, they will then draw a floor plan of the house. Later that afternoon they drop off the images and floor plans. Our team of Tour creators goes to work, choosing the best images to create your tour to create an industry leading tour for you. Upon completion they post the tour to www.homesteadnet.com, and TEMPO. Buyers view the tour, like what they see and contact you to buy the house. It's really very simple!
6. Your prices seem to be way to low for me to be getting this much. What's the catch?
OK, you caught us. The catch is that once you see just how great a tour you can get for this price, you'll use us for every listing you get. The fact is we can create such high quality tours for so little cash because we actually created our own system. We're not running somebody else' program and trying to fit ourselves to it. 7. How soon can I have a photographer at my house?
We know that in today's market, speed is almost as important as customer service. More succinctly, it is a highly important aspect of customer service. Because of that, most of our tours are scheduled to be shot the next day or two after they are ordered! We have even been known to shoot the SAME day as they are ordered. It never hurts to ask!
8. Can you add a floorplan to a tour I had created by somebody else?
After many long drawn out discussions, and some serious number crunching we came to this conclusion: Due to copyright issues and other fun grey areas like that we determined that even if other providers would allow us to use their tours in that way, it would end up costing even more than if we did the whole thing ourselves. Therefore, no, we can not add floor plans to tours created by someone other than ProVirtual360.
Our photographers primarily shoot properties in Rochester, and surrounding areas. We have been known to travel abroad for large projects, so call us with the details.
We can put your tour (or your group of tours) on a CD. We grant you the right to make as many copies as you wish for the marketing of yourself and your properties.
12. Is it possible to get a custom look for my tours?
Sure. If you've already created a look for your website we can match it for a small price. If you'd like us to design one for you, we can do it for a bigger price. Call us for details.
13. I create tours myself because it saves money, right?
You've seen those packages that let you do the work all by yourself. To use those packages you have to first go out and buy the equipment. That can run from a few hundred dollars for some 'el cheapo' camera and tripod to several thousand dollars for the kind of equipment it takes to do it right. Then you buy the software package that will help you put these tours together. These packages usually start at several hundred dollars. Then you learn how to do it. Then spend several months producing marginal quality tours before you find out what it takes to produce quality. At this point you've invested thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours, and you are to the point where you can create a tour as good as you can buy. Congratulations! How many deals did you miss out on by spending time and money to perform a service that can already be had cheaply? Don't be penny wise, and pound foolish. If you have one, that's great! Most of our clients don't supply us with a floor plan. That's why all of our photographers are highly trained in the art of drawing floor plans. It typically takes them about 15 to 20 minutes to draw one while they're on site. If you do have one, please let us know when we call to schedule your shoot time.
16. I don't have/am just starting online marketing.
